ARCHITECTONIC GREEN
As part of OneHome’s design, the concept of comfort becomes an objective dimension and is applied to sight, and here our designers imagined and designed OneHome, working for beauty, comfort and energy savings. The main theme of the intervention is the relationship between the interior and the exterior, which is expressed through a generous use of open areas and through the use of architectural green on the façade; the presence of plants in the structure always brings with it an increase in biodiversity and the improvement of the image of buildings, as well as having a positive influence on people, promoting the production of oxygen and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants.

NEW WAYS OF LIVING
Inside this new building, on the upper floors, we find our proposal, a prestigious apartment with large spaces and in the whole, very enjoyable. The excellent exposure allows an excellent brightness both in the spacious living area and in the other rooms, also favored by the numerous windows that provide natural light.
The commercial area is 167 square meters, a functional distribution located on two levels: the space is organized into 3 bedrooms, walk-in closets, bathrooms, living room and dining room, kitchen.
